3D Exterior Architectural Visualisation
Our photo realistic 3D exterior illustrations are an impressive and cost effective way to visualise your new development. By Using 3D Exterior Architectural Visualisation, sometimes called CGI’s, 3D exterior renderings ,3D illustrations or 3D modeling you will be able to communicate all your proposed ideas quickly, accurately and with no room for miscommunication.
All we would require are the architectural drawings and any material schedules (if available) so we can generate a pixel perfect representation of your proposed building or buildings. We are able to visualise either residential or commercial developments, separately or entire development sites for your marketing campaign.
Once we have created the actual development in question, we then visualise attractive landscaping (site/plot specific or generic) to compliment the exterior 3D development or street scene. Foliage, vehicles, landmarks and people are added in the post production phase to increase its aesthetic realism.
There is an increasing demand for exterior CGI’s as they are increasingly being used for Property marketing, planning permissions, Verified View montages and even design studies.
Site Plan
Site plans, or street scenes can be created using the same process as making a single 3D exterior – but on a larger scale.
Once we receive the site plan drawings, we will firstly position each new build on their respective plot from one another. We then ensure the correct materials have been applied to each individual building, and then the external landscaping is created – which includes possible external garages, bin stores, parking bays etc.
These site plans can also be animated to any required specification.
Fly Through Animation
We at Square Edge are able to create fly through animations of new developments, whether it be for interiors or exteriors of new or existing builds.
If you wish to have a fly through animation of an entire site, this can be carried out after the static exterior CGI’s have been created, and will turn out to be more cost effective.
Fly throughs or site tours are created to help bring your visions to life and to allow the viewer full immersion and what to expect from the new site long before it’s built. Our clients have benefited from these services as they can showcase these 3D animations at key property events / exhibitions, marketing DVD’s or even to show on their website.
Accurate View Representation (AVR)
Accurate View Representations (AVR), sometimes known as Verified Views (VV) are when an accurate 3D model of the proposed new build is placed within an actual photograph in order to see its impact on the surrounding landscaping.
The original image is taken by a high resolution camera, and key details noted such as lens size used and camera positioning.
A virtual camera is created within our 3D software using all the relevant information, and an identical shot of the new development can be made.
